about me

Cloud & Platform Engineer (AWS Certified Solutions Architect) focused on taking applications to production on AWS and keeping them reliable: infrastructure as code, zero-downtime deployments, operational security, observability and FinOps. I also build the platform behind AI services, and I work with GCP on personal projects. Solid prior background in data engineering and BI.

I combine architecture design with hands-on operations —deployments, observability, troubleshooting and FinOps— to build environments that are scalable, reproducible and cost-optimised, without compromising availability.

IaC and observability

Terraform Cloud without drift and with changes only through review. CloudWatch alarms as code, split into warnings and urgent alerts.

Operational security

Server access without SSH or keys through SSM, secrets encrypted with KMS, service accounts per environment and least privilege in IAM.

FinOps

−31% on the cloud bill in two months by consolidating databases and storage, plus rightsizing and scheduled shutdowns. Measured in Cost Explorer.

CI/CD and incidents

GitLab CI/CD for web apps and AI services. Root cause with metrics, logs and SQL.

Data

ETL with SSIS and SQL Server feeding Power BI, with per-customer security, on a multi-tenant data warehouse.
